Architectural Construction Set
How do I construct it?
A complete, construction-ready architectural drawing set developed for real-world building conditions. This package includes detailed floor plans, elevations, building sections, reflected ceiling plans, and a project-specific construction assemblies legend—ensuring clarity from permit to completion.
Also included are builder-focused bid drawings with coordinated material takeoffs and quantity schedules, allowing for accurate pricing of key scope items such as windows, flooring, millwork, and exterior cladding—helping reduce guesswork, RFIs, and pricing gaps during tendering.
Marketing Package
